Well another term done and dusted and understanding the program of Maya is getting easier and easier by the day. In no time I'll start to understand the fundamentals of the software. What's good about me is that I've already done three years studying traditional animation so I don't have to go through the hassle of timing and spacing and all that crud, which makes my life so much easier! Photoshop Practice Update
I've been doing more and more photoshop now that I am on holiday, I was very inspired by Kyle Lamberts work and saw one of his tutorials, have to say it has helped me a lot. Oh, and none of 'em are finished, I get lazy halfway and move on to the next thing, quite a bad habit actually...

was in class today and just randomly thought of Halo. Such an epic series, so decided to do this on the side while focusing on work (btw it has nothing to do with halo). I think i may be getting the hang of this photoshop business. Just thought of an epic battle scene in the desert between humans and aliens. Still need to understand more about color but methinks it's a good progress made so far.
